Rebekah Ellie – Mechanic/ Graphic designer
Rebekah has been around motorcycles since the age of 7 when her dad bought a Triumph 595i. She would ride on the back of his bike for years getting the bug for motorcycles. She first learned her basic maintenance on this bike and it was after learning the basics she knew that this is what she wanted to do for her career. After her first visit to watch the British Superbikes in 2016 she knew she wanted to be involved in the racing aspect of motorcycles.
At 16 she got her first road bike a WK SP50quickly upgrading to a Lexmoto Tempest at 17. However after a few near misses on the road she knew she wanted to be on track, so in 2020 she had her first trackday on a Honda CB300, quickly booking 2 more on a CBR650r for the following month. At the end of that year is when she started working for Wilson Racing as a mechanic part time, quickly progressing to full time after realising it is what she wanted to do. In the year 2021 was when she bought her first track bike a KTM RC390 and gained her Novice race licence. In 2022 she has completed more trackdays on her CBR600rr with the intention of racing in the NG novice 600 class in the year of 2023. Rebekah is super happy with her position within Wilson Racing as well as the paddock, being a mechanic, website management, as well as graphic designer for Wilson racing and many other teams in the paddock.
